FMC Community Empowerment

Schedules 2004 Annual Meeting for July 19

Floyd, Mitchell, and Chickasaw County residents will have the opportunity on July 19th to comment on programs and services community empowerment offers in the three-county area.

FMC (Floyd-Mitchell-Chickasaw) Community Empowerment will hold the organization’s 2004 annual meeting on Monday, July 19^th. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Charles City Public Library Meeting Room, 106 Milwaukee Avenue.

The public is invited to attend.

Highlighting the evening agenda will be election of officers for the 2005 fiscal year. The 2004 officers include Frank Rottinghaus, chair, Charles City; Virgil Pickar, Jr., New Hampton, vice-chair; and Jennifer Bauer, secretary, Osage.

In addition, Empowerment supported groups and organizations will highlight their year’s progress and accomplishments.

This is also an opportunity for anyone wishing to ask questions and comment on FMC Empowerment programs.
